Without gram weight, how to calculate the weight of cloth?

second

Calculation formula of cloth weight:

G/Y =[(Warp Density/Warp Density + Weft Density/Weft Density) * Width *0.582]

For example 1:

C110*90*90''40s 110m

+ 90/40 (110/40) * 90 * 0.582 = 261.9 g/y

110/0.9144 * 261.9 = 31506 g = 31.5 kg

Does that make sense?

0.582 is a fixed value. First calculate the gram weight of each yard of cloth, then convert the meter length of the cloth into the total yard length, and finally multiply it by the weight of each yard of cloth. You can try it out. You'll use it a lot.

Weight of grey cloth:

The weight per unit area of the fabric, generally expressed in grams per square meter (g/m2). The easiest way to do it in business.

For example 2:

Cotton fabric is generally in the range of 70 ~ 250 g/m2;

Validine (combed) fabric weight in 185 g/m2 or so;

Thick tweed (carded) is about 280g/m2;

Thin silk fabrics are generally between 20 g/m2 and 100 g/m2.

The grey cloth weight is also one of the moral indexes to evaluate the physical properties of fabrics, which is more important for wool fabrics. In the combed wool fabric, wool type chemical fiber fabric "Ministry" standard provisions: square meter weight slant light can not exceed the allowable tolerance (stipulated for 5%), as a first-class product; A product exceeding 5% but not exceeding 7% is second class.

According to the calculation method of the Ministry Standard (excluding the factor of moisture return) :

Type:

Gk -- square meter weight under common moisture regain (g/m2)

Go -- dry weight of sample (g) Wk -- common moisture regain rate of sample (%)

L -- sample length (cm)B -- sample width (cm)

The constant moisture regain (Wk) of common yarns is extracted as follows:

8.5% cotton yarn:

Worsted yarn: 16%

Carded yarn: 15%

Polyester/cotton yarn (65/35): 3.2%

Calculation method for approximate estimation of square meter weight based on fabric structural factors:

In the formula: NTT -- the number of warp threads (number)

NTW -- Weft Tex Number (number)

PT - Warp Density (root /250px)

Pw -- weft density (root /250px)

The formula is an approximation that does not take into account the bending, elongation of the yarn or the weight change of the fabric during processing.

(Note: Tex number (number) refers to the weight (g) of yarn of 1000 meters at fixed moisture regain.)

One square meter of cotton cloth without pulp dry weight

G -- dry weight of one square meter cotton cloth without pulp (G);

Gj - dry weight (g) of warp yarn of one square metre cotton;

GW - dry weight (g) of weft of one square metre cotton cloth;

Pj -- the warp density of cotton (root /10 cm);

Pw -- weft density of cotton (root / 10cm);

Gj -- Warp spinning standard dry weight (g /100 m);

GW -- standard dry weight of weft spinning (g /100 m);

Fj -- the total fly rate of warp yarn;

Aj -- warp shrinkage;

Sjz -- total elongation of warp yarn;

Aw -- Weft shrinkage.

Among them:

1, warp and weft spinning standard dry weight (g /100) = metric number * 0.92166/10 or =53.74 / British count

2. The weight of the strands shall be calculated according to the combined weight.

3. Total elongation of warp yarn: 1.2% for sizing single yarn (0.5% for winding and warping, 0.7% for sizing). It is calculated as 0.3% for strand line 10 2 below and 0.7% for strand line 10 2 above.

4. The elongation of indirect filling yarn is small and can be omitted.

5, the warp total flying rate: coarse (piece) fabric according to 1.2%; Medium size (branch) plain weave fabric by 0.6%, twill fabric by 0.9%; Fine size (piece) fabric by 0.8%; Thread fabric by 0.6%.

6. The total elongation of warp yarn, the total flowrate of warp yarn and the shrinkage rate of warp and weft yarn are the basis for calculating the weight of one square meter fabric, not the prescribed index.

But the above formulas are standing in the perspective of technical personnel, really do sales, how can there be time in the face of customers, but also so troublesome to use the computer to calculate one by one. So marketers generally use the following formula,

The simplest :(check the price, workshop yarn estimation)

Warp yarn for 100 meters = warp density/count * width *0.0065

Weft for 100 meters = weft density/count * width *0.0065

4. Reasonable :(for technologists)

100 m warp = (number of warp yarns * total number of warp roots/(1-warp shrinkage rate)) /10000*1.01

Weft for 100 meters = weft size * weft density *3.937* (reed width + yarn return) /100000*1.003

Take 300px for elastic yarn and 200px for plain yarn

Yarn quantity per hundred meters (KG/ hundred meters) = (warp density + weft density) X1.1X0.059X width/yarn count

Gram-weight =(precision + weft)*1.1*59/(2.54* yarn)

= precision *1.1*59/ (2.54* yarn count) + weft *1.1*59/ (2.54* yarn count)

By the zonal

A. Convert English density to metric density by warp (weft) density /2.54--------

B. Coefficient 1.1------- is a comprehensive consideration of warp (weft) shrinkage and warp (weft) yarn loss of about 10%. Although there is a deviation, as a convenient and fast calculation, it is not a big problem

C.59/ yarn ------- is to convert English yarn into metric yarn, is a synthesis of cotton 583.1, polyester 590.5, such as conversion coefficient, take the coefficient of 590, although there is error, it is not a big problem

D. the specific units involved in the base conversion I will not enumerate one

To sum up: Longitude A * B * C + Zonal A * B * C

= precision + weft)*1.1*59/(2.54* yarn)= grey cloth square meter gram weight

E.g. Fabric cost accounting data

Yarn quantity per meter = (warp density + weft density) X0.065X finished door width X1.01

Example 3:

45T/C* 45ST /C 110*70 58/59" Polyester Cotton Rice Pass

(Yarn price: 26,000 yuan/ton)

For staple fiber, the following formula can be used to calculate the gram weight per square meter

Warp weight = (inch warp density/inch count) *23.25

Weft weight = (inch weft/inch yarn count) *23.25

For filaments, the following formula can be used to calculate the gram weight of square meter

Warp weight = (warp denier * inch warp density) /228.6

Weft weight = (weft densities * inch weft density) /228.6

The gram weight of grey cloth is converted to the gram weight of finished product

Grey cloth gram weight and gram weight conversion products, such as in formula, and actual may have very big deviation, the main reason is divided into two aspects, embryo layout available formula, if condition is more near, only the results more accurate, for weaving is a physical change, and by grey fabric processing for the finished fabric, after dyeing and finishing multiple processes, fabric after physical and chemical change, variable increases, During the process involved in a variety of different types of machinery, processes and so on, the formation of various enterprises have different specifications and standards, so the grey cloth and finished product weight conversion, each enterprise has its own standard.
