The detection rate of human inspection fabric is low, not objective, not standard but also mark registration, statistics, etc., in fact, the overall efficiency is very low, then why also test?

The original purpose of human development of fabric standards is to solve trade disputes, which is why many large textile and clothing enterprises, usually fabric only a small amount of sampling inspection, not full inspection of the reason. Fourth, the quality of the fabric should be objectively assessed to reduce disputes between the two sides of the transaction (although large textile and garment enterprises produce their own fabrics, usually clothing enterprises are relatively angry), so that a large amount of human and material resources can be invested in solving the problem rather than shirk the responsibility.

Fabric routine testing standards such as the United States four points system is currently the world's more common standard, European standard, Japanese standard, national standard many countries and regions also have their own standards, multinational enterprises have their own standards, and even each big enterprise has its own standards. In the past, these standards were formulated and promoted in the way of written description, which was limited to the ability of communication in the past. Due to the different development stages of thinking and understanding ability in each country and region, it is difficult to train professionals in a long period, and the implementation efficiency of the standards is not high.
