First, direct dyes:

Direct dye is relatively stable in heat resistance, direct dye can be added to soda ash soft water to help dissolve, the dye is first adjusted to paste with cold soft water, and then stirred to dissolve with boiling soft water, diluted with heated water, and then added water to the specified liquid amount after cooling.



Second, reactive dyes:

This kind of dye is not heat resistant and easy to hydrolysis at high temperature, it is advisable to use cold and soft water to paste, and then dissolve in soft water at appropriate temperature according to the hydrolysis stability of different dyes, dilute by heating soft water, and add soft water to the specified liquid amount after cooling.


Low-temperature type (X type) : with cold water or 30-35 ℃ warm water (has been basically eliminated)


High temperature type (K type, HE type, etc.) with 70-80 ℃ hot water


Medium temperature type (KN, M type) with 60-70 ℃ hot water


Use 90 ℃ hot water for low solubility



Third, VAT dye:

The dissolution process of the reduction dye is a reduction reaction process, and the dissolution temperature should be determined according to the reduction conditions of the reducing agent used. For example, the commonly used reducing agent for VAT dyes is insurance powder, and the use temperature of ZuiJia in solution is 60℃, which will lead to a large amount of decomposition of insurance powder.


(1) Full bath method:

Put the dye into the dyeing cup, add red oil and a small amount of warm soft water to mix well, then add the specified amount of caustic soda and insurance powder, and add soft water to the required bath amount, and reduce at 55℃.


(2) Dry cylinder method:

Put the dye into the dyeing cup, and then add red oil and a small amount of warm soft water to mix, and then add caustic soda and insurance powder two-thirds of the amount, so that the amount of dye is one-third of the total, according to the reduction conditions of the reducing agent used to determine the temperature of the solution. Add the remaining caustic soda and powder to the dye cup, and add soft water to the desired bath amount.



Fourth, sulphur dye:

Accurately weigh the required amount of dye in the beaker, adjust it into a slurry with cold and soft water, then add the dissolved sodium sulfide dye in advance, and boil for 10min. Dilute with soft water by heating, and add soft water to the specified liquid amount after cooling.



Five, disperse dyes:

Disperse dyes are easy to crystallize at high temperature. Chemical material should first use cold soft water to adjust the slurry, and then use cold soft water chemical material below 40℃, and add soft water to the specified liquid amount.



Six, acid dyes:

The heat stability of acid dye is relatively good. When the acid dye is melted, the dye is first adjusted to paste with cold soft water, then stirred with boiling soft water to dissolve, diluted with hot soft water, and then soft water is added to the specified liquid amount after cooling.

Seven, cationic dyes:


The heat stability of cationic dye is relatively good, the dye is first adjusted to paste with concentrated acetic acid (solubilization), and then stirred with boiling soft water to dissolve, diluted with heated water, and then added soft water to the specified liquid amount after cooling.
