Printing (pulp) type and its process flow and precautions



(1) pigment printing:


binder is the simplest, cheapest and most direct printing method to fix the coating on the cloth/cotton fiber under certain conditions.


A general paint printing (printing color: light medium)


Process: dyeing backcloth - pre-press setting - printing - finished product setting



B Special paint printing (printing color: large area of dark/red/gram)


Process: dyeing backcloth - pre-press setting - printing - drying - finished product setting



C Gold and silver print


Process: dyeing backcloth - pre-press setting - printing - dry setting - too soft setting




(2) reactive printing:


Using the printing method, the reactive dye is printed on the cloth according to the printing pattern, and then steaming after dyeing, the dye is fixed and dyed on the surface of the cloth by the action of saturated steam. Use on cotton cloth.



A process: dyeing backcloth - pre-press setting - printing - steaming - dyeing part washing - finished product setting


(3) Paint + active printing:


A process: dyeing backcloth - pre-press setting - printing - steaming - drying - dyeing part washing - finished product setting


(4) pigment discharge printing:


The discharge agent is used to destroy the dye in the printed part, so that the desired color can be displayed on the dyed substrate.


A process: dyeing backcloth - pre-press setting - printing - steaming - drying - dyeing part washing water (generally with open width washing machine) - finished product setting


(5) Nylon acid printing: used for all nylon cloth


A Process: dyeing backcloth - pre-press setting - printing - steaming (long time) - dyeing department washing water - finished product setting


(6) Diffusion material printing: used for polyester fabrics


A process: dyeing backcloth - pre-press setting - printing - steaming (170℃X8min) - dyeing part washing water - finished product setting


(7) Burning cotton printing: used for cotton cover silk cloth


A process: dyeing backcloth - pre-press setting - printing - dry setting - low temperature stretching - dyeing part wash water to clean - finished product setting pay attention to the relationship between the characteristics of burning cotton pulp, it is easy to return moisture, so the shaping department should be processed immediately after receiving the printing factory release order, can not stay.


(8) Cationic printing: for all acrylic fabrics


A process: dyeing backcloth - pre-press setting - printing - steaming - dyeing part washing - finished product setting


If the above need a special whole cloth class, but also add a special whole process.



Special event


(1) Due to the influence of the printing machine, the sealing degree of the printed single product can not exceed 72 to 74 inches


(2) If the printing pattern requirements are relatively fine, the printing area is relatively large, in order to prevent blocking the net, usually the printing factory will require the dyeing part to do wool processing, but the wool has a certain impact on the weight specifications of the cloth, so the weaving factory should make corresponding adjustments before weaving (especially the non-fixed blank cloth). Dyeing factory will be in the process of dyeing through the filter filter, out of the tank and shape dry cloth through the water knife, dry cloth after brushing, gluing and other processes to remove hair
