Satin fabric

1. Basic concepts

Sateen fabric, also known as satin fabric, is a kind of fabric with more complex weaving process. It is a combed fabric with a density of 173*124CM that is interwoven by the warp and weft at least three threads apart. Because of its good quality characteristics as a "tribute" to the emperor named.

2. Production process

(1) In the textile process, the warp and weft are interwoven once at least three threads apart, and the unique pattern formed by the interleaving is at least five warp/weft lines in a complete organization;

(2) The warp and weft interweave fewer times than twill, independent and non-continuous, basically can not see the intersection;

(3) There is a long warp/weft covering the surface of the fabric;

(4) Generally 40 ~ 60 yarn number;

(5) The combing density is 173*124CM;

(6) The fabric is mercerized in the printing and dyeing process, which increases the brightness and softness of the fabric;

(7) The fabric itself needs a high density, compared to yarn.

1. Basic concepts

Sateen jacquard is directly woven into the fabric, it looks like a watermark of the concave texture of dark grain, it is based on sateen fabric, plus a small jacquard process and woven.

2. Production process

① The processing technology of sateen jacquard should be woven before dyeing;

The use of two or more different organizations, or with different raw materials of yarn, so that the surface pattern has a sense of layer and achieve the design effect;

③ Fabric weaving with the change of warp and weft organization to form a pattern, yarn count fine, very high requirements for raw cotton. And because the pattern needs to be woven directly into the cloth, the density of the cloth must reach a certain degree, in order to show a beautiful jacquard pattern, if the use of general density fabric, the pattern must not be clear.

4. Washing instructions

(1) The use of neutral detergent, do not use bleach, the stronger the detergent, the stronger the chemical, will definitely increase the floating color phenomenon, it is best to use laundry detergent to clean.

(2) Washing water temperature do not exceed 35℃, do not soak, please set the washing machine program to gentle washing.

(3) After washing, please drip dry, can be ironed at medium temperature, not exposed to the sun.

(4) After drying, please fold neatly into the wardrobe, and put an appropriate amount of bag camphor tablets.

(5) If you like clean relatives need to use after cleaning, please use cold water and some salt to clean, do not add detergent, so that the surface of the cotton fabric slurry and printing and dyeing floating color wash off, the use of time will be softer, but also make the color firm.

Satin jacquard fabric (referred to as "small jacquard")

Satin jacquard fabric The pattern on a satin jacquard fabric is not printed or embroidered, but woven with yarn. The fabric is generally very thin not thick, and very soft, very dense, very high requirements for cotton, requiring thinner yarn, generally around 40s. Sateen jacquard fabrics (English Exquisite jacquard fabrics) are a kind of thick fabric with double or multi-layer complex structure, named for its pattern characteristics and uses. Large jacquard is different from small jacquard. The two are mainly different processes, and for consumers, the difference is as long as the large jacquard can weave a much richer pattern than the small jacquard. Large jacquard cloth feel full, thick texture, strong wear-resistant, has good breathability, comfortable to sit, not stuffy not damp. The pattern has layers, concave and convex with special sense. Therefore, compared with the general fabric, large jacquard cloth is more comfortable, durable, beautiful pattern, and more suitable for home use.
