Technical aspect
1) Improve the removal efficiency of each cleaning machine and the impurity content of notting
The cleaning machine (except cotton box machinery) is required to master the impurity rate of noil at more than 60%, and there is a white phenomenon when it is low. The removal efficiency of the cleaning machine can reach 65%, and the impurity content of the carding machine after the carding machine is 40%, and there is a white phenomenon if it is low. The total efficiency of carding machine is required to reach 92%. If the requirements are not met, measures must be taken to improve the process and machinery.
2) According to the properties of raw cotton to make the comb reasonable burden of noil
If the raw cotton maturity is good, the line density is thicker, the fine defects are less and the coarse impurities are more, it is suitable for cleaning more and combing less. On the contrary, if the maturity of raw cotton is poor, the linear density is fine, the fine impurities are more and the coarse impurities are less, the cleaning cotton should not fall, and the carding cotton should be more.
3) Reduce the generation of short velvet in the cleaning, combing, strip and rough processes
Short velvet is produced in the process of cotton growth and poor ginning processing, but it will continue to be produced in each process of cotton spinning. The cleaning process produces about 1%, and the carding process produces about 3%, which is normal. If too much short velvet is produced due to poor mechanical condition and improper process design (even in a rough process), it will cause too many flying flowers, bamboo joints, strip dry deterioration, yarn breakage and other ills, thus affecting the output, quality and cost of the product. Therefore, it is necessary to study how to reduce the increase of short velvet as much as possible in each process of cotton spinning. Mainly in the mechanical state to grasp the following two links: (1) cleaning each machine's strike, comb components to be sharp, smooth, correct spacing; ② Reduce flowback, etc.

Cotton waste treatment
Reasonable reuse of reused cotton: Using reused cotton instead of raw cotton is one of the important ways to reduce the cost of cotton. The so-called reasonable reuse of cotton, first of all, refers to the treatment, followed by the amount of return to be controlled, so as not to affect the quality. Generally, impurities, harmful defects, knots, and short velvet in reused cotton are properly removed before reuse. Some of them can be recycled, and most of them can be recycled. This includes cutting needle flowers, combing cotton and can be used for low coarse yarn net belly flowers, first broken seed and so on. When arranging the plan, a small amount of machine spinning coarse yarn or sub-brand yarn can be used, so that the reused cotton produced by the enterprise can be reused in the enterprise as far as possible, which is good for reducing the overall cotton consumption and cotton cost of the entire enterprise.
Yarn moisture return control
Strictly manage the temperature and humidity of the room, so that it is controlled within the prescribed range. The time and frequency of moisture return measurement should be determined according to the packaging time and frequency, and should be paid more attention to in the case of high atmospheric humidity. The electric tide return meter and the scale should be checked frequently, and the scale should be responsible for it. The calibration of the length of the frame is also very important, which can not be ignored, otherwise it is easy to lose.
