What is the difference between domestic fabric and imported fabric?

For suit fabrics, domestic fabrics are indeed suspended by European imported fabrics, the reason for the suspension, just follow the small series together from the order of fabric production to simply comb out, domestic fabrics and imported fabrics in the end what is the difference?

1. Raw material differences

Good fabrics need to have good raw materials, Vicuna, Angora goat, etc. are excellent raw material "producers", these varieties of excellent "producers" are not available in China.

Of course, there is no good raw material is also related to our basic national conditions, when we build the factory, we often set a goal "we are walking quantity ah"! China is the world leader in wool production, but most of its wool is used in indoor textiles.

2. Process differences

The reason for the large number of manufacturing countries in the world, in addition to the huge number of people, equipment is also a very important part of the process, and hundreds of products appear in minutes. Some problems brought by this will be more obvious, for example, small and fine things and special categories we can not do.

Because of the rapid development of our country's equipment, many processes are directly jumped, so it is inevitable that they cannot be built. As a field without relevant information and a large number of needs, it is understandable that you are not familiar with it, there is no problem, just like letting foreign artificial porcelain, it is normal to have no way.

3. Finish

The so-called finishing, that is, the key process that gives the fabric gloss, feel, stability and other characteristics, can be said to be an important step. After finishing process, material, level, etc. to a large extent determine the texture of a fabric, aside from the process process, water quality is also a very important part.

There are also many high level of fabric manufacturers in China, the gap between the products they produce and the imported good fabrics is still quite obvious, the important reason is the problem of water quality!

The best fabrics in Europe are concentrated in the UK and Italy, and British fabrics, in particular, have always been the world's leading. British fabric production plants are generally concentrated in Huddersfield (Huddersfield), while Italian fabric production plants are generally concentrated in Biella (Biella), because the water quality in these two areas is special enough.

Our country is large and abundant, there are many high-quality water sources, but the degree of pollution is also relatively heavy, and there are many places where good water is used, and the fabric is not at the forefront for the time being.

Step 4: Standards

In addition to the gap between raw materials, processes, and finishing parts, there is an important influencing factor, that is, the standard! The yarn count of the fabric is one of the important criteria to judge the quality of the fabric, the thickness of the natural fiber can not be the general size, then how to calculate the specific yarn count?

Italy: Median

South Korea: 20% to 30% of the fiber is up to standard

China: American standard

Some brands of fabric in the UK are very strict, if the number of yarn is 130S, it means that the thickest yarn in the fabric has reached 130S, the international first-class level is not nonsense.

To sum up, that is, good fabrics need to have good raw materials, good processes, unique finishing processes, better water resources and higher process standards, so as to create better fabrics. This is just a basic process level problem, if coupled with better design, research and development issues, the level is even worse.

These problems are not unsolvable, the key to the problem is that we do not have the corresponding cultural basis, and even few people put their minds specifically here, we have other goals to achieve, as for the fabric problem, bread will have, milk will also have.
