First, there are several reasons for holes in dyeing and finishing:
(1) the amount of acid oxygen water is too high;
(2) There are more iron ions in water quality;
(3) If the holes are broken regularly, there is a problem on the equipment;
(4) Improper "temperature + time" parameter;
(5) Holes in bleaching are caused by the reaction of hydrogen peroxide with iron ion in most cases;
(6) Excessive purity of hydrogen peroxide and alkali;
(7) Whether water softener is added to pre-treatment and dyeing, and the content of metal ions in water may be too high;
(8) Heavy metal ions caused rapid local decomposition of hydrogen peroxide, resulting in holes.
2. Analysis of the causes of holes caused by hydrogen peroxide bleaching:
(1) Oil stains stained with copper, iron and other heavy metal ions on the cloth before bleaching; Or contact with copper, iron and other materials during bleaching.
(2) The concentration of hydrogen peroxide is too high, the steam time after bleaching is too long or the use of superheated steam.
(3) If the grey cloth is mercerized before bleaching, the PH value of the cloth surface is too high and the local alkali content is too much because the washing after mercerizing is not clean and uneven.
(4) Improper selection of stabilizer or poor stabilization effect of stabilizer, resulting in accelerated decomposition of hydrogen peroxide.
All of the above points may cause holes in the cloth surface, but heavy metal ions are more harmful.
