First, there are several reasons for holes in dyeing and finishing:
(1) the amount of acid oxygen water is too high;
(2) more iron ions in water;
(3) If the hole is regular, there is a problem on the equipment;
(4) Improper "temperature + time" parameter;
(5) In most cases, the bleach holes are caused by the reaction between hydrogen peroxide and iron ions;
(6) the purity of hydrogen peroxide and alkali is excessive;
(7) whether there is water softener added in the pretreatment and dyeing, and the metal ion content in the water may be too high;
(8) The local rapid decomposition of hydrogen peroxide caused by heavy metal ions leads to holes.
Two, hydrogen peroxide bleaching caused by the reason of hole analysis:
(1) Oil stains stained with copper, iron and other heavy metal ions on the cloth before bleaching; Or bleaching process with copper, iron and other equipment contact.
(2) the concentration of hydrogen peroxide is too high, the steaming time after bleaching is too long or the use of superheated steam.
(3) if the grey cloth is mercerized before bleaching, the PH value of the cloth is too high and the amount of alkali is too much because the water is not clean and uneven after mercerization.
(4) Improper choice of stabilizer or stabilizer stabilization effect is poor, resulting in the accelerated decomposition of hydrogen peroxide.
The above points are likely to cause cloth surface holes, but the harm of heavy metal ions is greater.
