1. Tristimulus Values

When light hits the surface of an object, color appears because part of the projected light is absorbed by the object and part is reflected. But under another light source (we call it the second light source), the triplet values of the standard sample and the comparison sample are not necessarily the same, and the reason for this is that the second light source, The intensity of each wavelength of the spectrum from 400μm to 750μm is not consistent with the original DIYI light source, so the intensity of the light reflected on the color sample will be different, and the intensity will be different, and the triad value will be different, and the combination of the brain will not feel the same color as the DIYI light source.

Why do different types of dyes turn worse?

1, dye (color) material structure Dye structure is basically divided into three parts: "color root group", "reaction (combination) root group", "connecting root group".

Why does the same kind of dye produce less color jump light (color change)?

And non-homogeneous dyes produce larger colors.


1. Numerous products have been developed for any type of dye, but the products are not suitable for the commercial market. If global dye companies suitable for commercialization compete to copy, some will only slightly change the chemical structure of the dye in order to avoid patents, so the wavelength spectrum of the dye is very close.


2. Now the technical differences of printing and dyeing factories are small. Many dyes used are open secrets, and the dyes used are almost the same. For example, the customer gives the standard color sample for cotton dyeing, and the customer gives the standard color sample for nylon dyeing. Therefore, the use of the same type of dye changes the color very small.


The more different the category, the larger the color. At present, the computer color matching is certainly effective for the color change of three colors (jump lights). The dye you have calculated at present (that is, the dye in use in the factory) will find the combination of color change value Zuidi. (But may not be able to completely eliminate color change, color change value or large or small, unless it is a coincidence).
